The 1931 national landmark theatre was the home of the famous Mexican Players: a dinner show spectacular that, until 1974, was Claremont's largest tourist attraction. Nestled in the foothills among a 1880's olive grove, Padua is now one of the premier wedding destinations in southern California with over 120 events per year (also hosting corporate events, private parties, and eighteen non-profit community events per year). The red-tagged facility was acquired from the City of Claremont and extensively renovated by Arteco Partners in 2009.
